[+] EnlargeDesigned for heavy use, The Court Company's squash panel system is composed of materials that are prefabricated, prefinished, and pre-cut in order to provide you with a cost-efficient, professional-playing court tested and approved by the World Squash Federation (WSF).

The Fiberesin panel is a solid, rock-hard sheet of materials that meets the rigid specifications and requirements demanded for sports courts. The panels are composed of a high density particleboard core and multiple layers of thermalset resin impregnated sheets. With the aid of controlled heat and high pressure, the laminate and board resins form a single sheet that is solid from face to face. The standard playing surface of the panel is a white finish and can be easily wiped clean with a household detergent.

The front wall panel for a WSF certified squash court is 1-7/16" thick and the side wall panels are 1-1/8" thick. Typical squash courts stop the panels at the playing lines at the front and side walls, but if you want the panels to extend up to the ceiling or if you want panels at the ceiling, that is not a problem.

The panels are attached with a concealed H spline and screw applied to the vertical framing members. Construction glue and shims are used between the panels and framing members to provide a positive yet flexible bond.

[+] EnlargeThe most popular material used for framing the squash courts are structural "C" studs that allow the walls (and ceilings) to be totally self-supporting. Typical court framing consists of 18 or 16 gauge galvanized steel with varying sizes of 4" to 6" depending on the location and design of courts.

We offer a WSF certified hardwood maple floor system using either a sleeper or plywood system. The standard court floor system utilizes 25/32" thick maple on top of a resilient padded subfloor. The floors are typically not sealed nor finished but are painted with the red squash floor game lines by the local floor installer.

The Court Company's glass system meets the highest manufacturing standards and complies with all safety and performance criteria as well as the requirements of the WSF. A standard squash glass rear wall is 7'0" high, but we can fabricate the glass walls and windows to just about any size for use throughout the court. The glass system comes complete with all flush hardware and permanently etched game lines.

By including other accessories such as wood or glass doors (in courts without a glass rear wall), fluorescent or metal halide light fixtures, tell tales, and game lines The Court Company can provide a complete turnkey squash court guaranteed to last for years to come.
